Parent University being held this year as Family University in Danbury

The Danbury Public School system is hosting the full day conference of learning and fun for parents and children. 

Administrator of Early Childhood Education and Extended Learning Programs Ann Mead says the event this weekend is being co-sponsored by the YMCA.  The event coincides with the Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut's Healthy Kids Day.

Family University is open to parents and students of all ages.  The conference is being held on Saturday from 8am to 2pm.
