New York State Police in the Putnam County area remove 13 impaired drivers from the roadway over the weekend, including several from Danbury.  20-year old Kevin Alvarez-Pesantez was stopped on Route 6 in Southeast on Saturday, 32-year old Anthony Bracco was pulled over on I-84 in Southeast on Sunday and 23-year old  Ismael Vasquez-Garcia was stopped on Route 6 in Southeast on Monday.  Also on Sunday, 21-year old Trevor Cable of Brewster was pulled over on I-84 in Southeast and 28-year old Brian Alfaro of Redding was stopped on Route 121 in Southeast.  All were cited for vehicle and traffic law violations, in addition to the DUIs.
