There were no injuries reported in a Newtown house fire Friday night.  A Great Quarter Road neighbor called 911 to report smoke coming from a home, and responding firefighters found flames.  Sandy Hook Fire Chief Bill Halstead says the fire was a difficult one to fight at first because it was in the walls and between the first and second floor. Once, the fire was knocked down, firefighters continued to attack the stubborn areas in a crawl space until it was completely extinguished.
