Woodbury Police are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect who stole a car and broke into another vehicle. State Police responded to a report of a purse found along a Woodbury roadway.
Troopers determined that it was stolen from a car registered a Scuppo Road woman, who said cash and credit cards were missing. One of the stolen cards was used at a store in Thomaston. While officers were speaking with the victim, another call came in from a resident on the same road, reporting their vehicle was stolen. A purse with a number of credit cards was in the vehicle at the time.
The car was later located in Bristol.
