A 12th suspect has been arrested in the death of a 15-year-old New York City boy who was slashed in the neck with a machete outside a Bronx bodega. Connecticut State Police Troopers conducting enforcement in the Danbury area on I-84 had their license plate reader signal that the car was flagged in the homicide case.
Luis Cabrarasantos was pulled over in Southbury around 2:30pm yesterday. The 25-year-old was driving the car with several passengers.
Cabrarasantos was charged with being a fugitive from justice and held on $1 million bond for a court appearance and transfer to the NYPD for extradition to New York.
