Some kids playing basketball in Danbury ended up calling police last night saying that a man possibly carrying a gun, had chased them and threatened them.
Danbury Police were called to the intersection of West Wooster and Spruce Streets around 8 o'clock last night and the youths told them that a man alluded to having a gun in his waistband and held his hands like he was going to pull out a gun.
53-year old Donovan Denny of Danbury was charged with breach of peace and two counts each of threatening and risk of injury to a minor. No weapon was found.
Denny was held on $7,500 bond.
