HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) A Hartford man has been charged with public indecency after police say he exposed himself at a public park with children nearby.

Hartford police said the incident took place around 5 p.m. Thursday at Colt Park. Authorities said several individuals reported seeing 39-year-old Rustam Suleymanov exposing himself and masturbating in the park, in clear view of children.

He was arrested and charged with public indecency, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and public drinking.

Suleymanov was being held on a $25,000 bond. He's expected to appear in court on Friday.
