HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) Hartford narcotics detectives have arrested a man suspected dealing heroin from his vehicle and seized 1,000 bags of the drug stamped ``great job.''
Luis Santos was arrested Wednesday and charged with the possession and sale of narcotics.
An arrest warrant was issued for the 45-year-old Santos after investigators learned Wednesday that he had a large amount of heroin inside his car. Police say detectives stopped Santos' vehicle and found the drugs.
The investigation also led police to a hotel room in Manchester where they found more than $2,000 and drug packaging material. A search of Santos' Hartford home turned up roughly $7,000 in cash.
