A Bridgeport man has been arrested for distributing heroin that lead to an overdose death in Seymour this summer. Seymour Police responded to a home and found a 29-year old man unresponsive, without a pulse. Investigators seized the victim's cellphone, multiple folds of suspected heroin marked with two different brand stamps, and other drugs. They determined that 23-year old Richard Estaba supplied the heroin. Investigators were able to make a controlled substance purchase from Estaba of the same brand. When he was arrested yesterday, Estaba was in possession of 400 folds of heroin and $1,300 in cash.
