Two New York residents have been arrested on drug related charges after a routine traffic stop turned up more than 300 grams of cocaine.  New York State Troopers pulled a car over on Saturday night on I-84 in Southeast.  An open bottle of liquor and 313 grams of cocaine were spotted in the glove box when the driver was getting his vehicle registration.  37-year old Vladimir Revil of Hempstead and 34-year old Jessica Sylvester of Queens were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and possession with intent to sell.  Revil and Sylvester were arraigned and ordered held at Putnam County Jail.
