Members of the Danbury Fire Department helped a repairman get to the roof of St. Peters School over the weekend.  The Truck Company was to practicing accessing the buildings in the alley between the school and the Bishop Curtis Homes apartment building on Saturday.  There is no access to the roof from the interior of the school.  They were able to give the technician a lift to the roof to inspect the school bell that was placed there in 1887, but hasn't tolled in about 25 years.
