An Interstate 84 exit ramp in Southbury has reopened after a tractor-trailer rollover crash Monday morning. The eastbound Exit 16 off-ramp was closed for several hours while crews handled recovery and cleanup operations. Connecticut State Police say the crash caused minor injuries and remains under investigation.
