A new Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop could soon open near Danbury Fair mall. The city’s Planning Commission signaled support for the proposal during a brief public hearing and could formally approve the project later this month. The restaurant would move into existing space at Airport Plaza with about $350,000 in interior renovations planned.
