New Milford Police are investigating an assault. Police say the incident happened on Saturday morning, shortly before noon. Police responded to Danbury Road at Sunny Valley Road for a report of the assault and are asking anybody who witnessed the incident to contact Officer Young at the police department at 860-355-3133.
