A Pawling man has been accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a victim.  The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and the Child Advocacy Center launched the investigation recently into 27-year old Alex Ramos-Hernandez.  He was charged on Friday with sexual abuse.  The victim is known to Ramos-Hernandez, and officials say there doesn’t appear to be a threat to public safety.  The Sheriff's Office says no further information about the victim or circumstances will be released at this time.
