New York State Police will be hosting a child passenger safety seat event next month in Mahopac.  Child safety seat technicians will be on hand to assist with the installation of seats and answer any questions.  An appointment will be necessary for the event.  Appointments will be available on November 4th from 3pm to 7pm.  The clinic will be held at the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department on Route 6.  Appointments can be made by contacting Sergeant Anderson at (845) 677-7334 or via email at ktraffic@troopers.ny.gov
