Home surveillance video has captured footage of a person appearing to set fire to a Trump flag in Redding on Friday morning. Redding Police are investigating what they called an incident of vandalism. They shared the video to Facebook, which shows a person using a long stick or pole to light the flag on fire on Pine Tree Road.
