The 2021 application for a Service Academy nomination from 5th District Congresswoman Jahana Hayes is now available on her website.  All completed packets must be received by the district office in Waterbury no later than October 21st.  The Congressional Delegation will be hosting a Military Service Academy Night on Tuesday to explain the process to students and provide them an opportunity to ask questions.
