Connecticut is providing another 5 million dollars for its Nonprofit Security Grant Program. The funding will help eligible nonprofit organizations improve safety with items such as surveillance cameras, electronic locks, panic alarms, and security doors. Applications open in July, with grants of up to 50 thousand dollars available per location.
