33 year old Kristen Hogan is facing attempted murder, perjury and evidence-tampering charges in Danbury Superior Court. Police say Hogan poisoned a Ridgefield man with antifreeze and later used her sister’s children to falsify DNA test results in a custody dispute. Prosecutors say a possible plea agreement could be announced at her next court appearance September 24.
