A Greenwich entrepreneur wants to demolish a building in Bethel’s Clarke Business Park and build a private garage for more than 100 cars. Kenny Habul bought the five-acre property for $2.5 million. His engineer says the site would be used only for private storage and limited maintenance, not commercial work.
