Four people connected to a Shelton medical clinic are facing charges in what investigators call a 659 thousand dollar Connecticut Medicaid fraud scheme. Prosecutors say Advanced Pain and Regenerative Medical Solutions submitted thousands of false claims for allergy treatments that were either not performed or done by unqualified staff.
