38 year old Meralis Rivera-Maldonado of Waterbury faces manslaughter, DUI and reckless driving charges in the death of 43 year old Marco Leon-Lopez of Danbury. Police say Rivera-Maldonado struck Leon-Lopez and drove more than 180 feet with him on the hood before hitting two parked cars.
