Investigators now say it was 66 year old Francis M. Flanagan III of Brookfield who died after an ATV crash in the woods near Candlewood Shores Road. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled his death an accident caused by blunt force trauma to the torso. Brookfield Police continue to investigate and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
