A pilot escaped injury after a single-engine aircraft ran off the runway and became tangled in a fence at Danbury Municipal Airport Thursday morning. Airport officials say the plane was unable to rotate during takeoff. The incident damaged airport fencing and the aircraft, and remains under investigation by the FAA.
