The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has announced 8th grade student Megan Song as the winner of the 2026 Connecticut Junior Duck Stamp Art Competition. Her painting of a common goldeneye duck will appear on the 2027 Connecticut Migratory Bird Conservation Stamp supporting wetland and wildlife conservation efforts statewide.
