A Silver Alert is in effect for 17 month old Blue McGrath of Newtown, last seen with her father, 33 year old Brennan McGrath. Police say he is violating a court-ordered custody agreement and has been uncooperative. Blue is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes, weighing about 24 pounds. Brennan McGrath may be driving a white Lexus or blue McLaren.
