Danbury has approved a 5 POINT 7 million dollar upgrade to the exclusive Morefar Back O’ Beyond Golf Club, allowing major improvements to its aging facilities. Plans include a new driving range, practice areas, and upgrades to several holes, along with new support buildings. Some wetlands will be impacted, with mitigation work required as part of the approval. The project marks the largest modernization effort in the club’s decades-long history.
