Connecticut is set to receive more than 30 million dollars in FEMA funding to reimburse the state Department of Corrections for COVID-19 testing costs involving staff and inmates. The funding is part of a larger 308 million dollar recovery package approved across New England for pandemic and disaster-related expenses.
